One of our backbone providers (Level 3) is currently experiencing some hardware issues resulting in packet loss. This will affect customers acessing sites/services in the USA and L3 are working to resolve the problem asap.

We have experienced a failure of the server currently handling version-2 accounts. Most services for these accounts will currently be down.

One of our upstream peers is experiencing problems on their equipment in New York which means a number of US websites (paypal.com was an issue now resolved) are inaccessible.
